After eight years apprenticing and successfully running crews for other electrical companies in the Fraser Valley, Josiah decided to build an impactful company of his own. Harder Power Company exists to connect customers with more than just a good electrician. This business is built on a desire to serve others and create an abundance of value for the families we employ, the customers we work with and the people around the world who need electricity. Harder Power Company operates on a foundation of hard work, integrity, communication and world class service. These attributes are found at the very core of our business and our founder.
Personally, Josiah loves spending time with his wife, Annie, his son, Elijah and their community throughout the Fraser Valley. When Josiah isn’t working you will probably find him in the mountains, on the soccer field or exploring a new country.
Andy
Lead Electrician, Husband & Father
With over five years of experience in the electrical trade, Andy is a huge asset to the Harder Power team. He brings with him extensive residential and commercial experience and his work ethic is unmatched. Andy operates as our Lead Electrician doing service calls and running jobs across the Fraser Valley. Andy is a strong communicator, he educates our customers on the electrical systems in their home and empowers them to maintain it correctly. In his spare time, you will find Andy running a 100 kilometer ultra marathon in the mountains of Whistler or surfing the waves off Long Beach on Vancouver Island. Andy enjoys a good cup of black coffee and spending time with his wife and daughter.
