We utilise a fixed price model and charge by the job instead of by the hour. A fixed quote is sent to our customers for approval before we start the work.

Although we would love to meet you, you don’t have to be home during our visit. Many clients have provided us with a door code or hidden a key to give us access to their homes while they are gone for the day.

As homeowners, electrical repair and service work often don’t give any notice when an issue is going to arise. In these instances, we will do our best to fit you in as promptly as possible. However, if you are planning ahead for a renovation project or electrical installation, 2-4 weeks notice would help our staff save your place in the calendar.

Yes, we are pleased to offer our clients a one year parts and labour warranty! This applies to all materials we provide and install. Unfortunately, installing customer provided materials or fixtures would void our warranty.

Yes, our minimum charge rates would apply for emergency calls during business hours. Emergency calls not during business hours would have a minimum charge of $299 +GST and any materials used.

Emergency service or repair on materials that we supplied and installed within one year of the invoice date would be fully covered.

Simply put, if you are adding any new electrical wiring to your home, you will most likely need an electrical installation permit. There are very specific requirements and rules involved when pulling permits with Technical Safety BC. We would be happy to chat about the specific requirements of your project.
